All Staffing Inc., doing business as CarAccidentsMiami.com, runs this website. We are a lawyer referral service in Miami, Florida. We are not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. This policy says what we collect, why we use it, and who receives it.

Information we collect

If you call, book a time, or submit a form, we collect what you give us. That can include your name, phone number, email, the type of accident, the date, and what happened. If you agree to a text or a call, we keep the fact that you agreed.

The site also receives ordinary technical data: the page you opened, the time, your browser type, and the IP address the request came from. If you arrive from an ad, we keep the campaign parameters for that browser session so the request can be tied back to it.

How we use it

We use this information to answer you, schedule a free consultation request, and, if you want, connect you with an independent licensed Florida attorney. We also use it to run and measure the site, including which pages and calls people use. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives it

We share your request with an independent Florida attorney when you ask to be connected. We also use service providers who process information for us: Calendly for scheduling, lead and site measurement at app.myaimarketingguy.com, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and Meta for advertising measurement. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you agree to be contacted by text, we may send messages about your request, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You can also email intake@caraccidentsmiami.com.

Cookies and similar tools

The site uses cookies and similar tools for measurement and advertising. The details, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta pixel, are on the Cookies page. Choosing OK on the notice stores that choice in this browser. It does not turn those tools off.

Confidentiality

Sending information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information is not protected by attorney-client privilege until an attorney agrees to represent you. Read the disclaimer and the terms of use.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How long we keep it

We keep request information for as long as we need it to respond, to connect you with an attorney, and to meet legal and record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing intake@caraccidentsmiami.com. We will delete what we still hold, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is the one published on this page.
