What this service is

CarAccidentsMiami.com is a lawyer referral service. We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, and we do not represent you. We connect people who ask with independent licensed Florida attorneys. The disclaimer is part of these terms.

No attorney-client relationship

Calling us, booking a time, or sending information does not make us, or any attorney, your lawyer. An attorney-client relationship starts only if an attorney agrees to represent you in a separate agreement. Until then, what you send is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Free consultation requests

A consultation request is free and creates no obligation. You decide whether to speak with an attorney and whether to hire one. We do not promise that an attorney will take your case, or what the result will be.

Fees

If you hire an attorney, the fee is set by that attorney in a written agreement. Participating attorneys typically handle injury cases on a contingency fee, which means no attorney's fee unless there is a recovery. You may still owe case costs, depending on that agreement. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

What you send us

You agree that the information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. Do not send sensitive documents, such as medical records or a driver's license, through the open form.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, scraping it in a way that degrades it, sending false requests, or using it to harass anyone.

Other sites and tools

Scheduling uses Calendly. Measurement uses Google and Meta. Those services have their own terms. An attorney you speak with has their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for those third parties.

The site itself

The text, design, and photographs on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them, except where a photo credit says otherwise. You may read the pages and share links. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.
